Items purchased online may be returned within 7 days for refund or up to 60 days for exchange or store credit. Returns must be in original condition and accompanied by original receipt.  Unless otherwise indicated, all TZale and clearance items may also be returned under these terms. 'Original condition' means item is not worn, washed or altered in any way, with original hang tags all in place, all as determined by Tzatz in our sole discretion upon receipt of returned merchandise.

 

We are currently shipping daily but our stores are temporarily closed to the public to protect our staff and customers during this COVID-19 pandemic. Tzatz Yonge (2476 Yonge St) is open for curbside service only - please call (416) 481-0311 to confirm hours.

Be sure to enclose a copy of your receipt. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Consider using a trackable shipping service such as Expresspost or purchasing shipping insurance as we can't refund merchandise that is lost or damaged in transit. Please allow 7 days from the time we receive your merchandise for us to process your refund request.
